  1. Tracking Your Order: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an order and tracking number. You can use this order number to track your package's status on our website and the tracking number with the carrier's website. 
  2. Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
  1. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Shop Care Packages are not responsible for delays or mis-deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
