- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached.

- Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it.
- If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Hygiene Products: For health and safety reasons, opened toiletries cannot be refunded.
