Eligibility for Refunds

We want you to always be satisfied with your purchase from Shop Care Packages. Here are the details of our refund policy:

  1. General Guidelines:
    • You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  2. How to Request a Refund:
    • Log in to your account on our website.
    • Go to the “Order History” section and select the order containing the item you wish to refund.
    • Follow the instructions to initiate the refund process.
  3. Refund Process:
    • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it.
    • If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Hygiene Products: For health and safety reasons, opened toiletries cannot be refunded.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a refund.
