Exchange Policy

Shop Care Packages offers the following Exchange methods for our customers:

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags or labels still attached.
  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

Out-of-Stock Items

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, Shop Care Packages reserves the right to offer a suitable replacement or alternative product. We will reach out to you via mail, email or phone to discuss available options and ensure that you're satisfied with the exchange.

If no suitable replacement is available, we will offer a store credit or refund, depending on your preference.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at Email: customerservice@shopcarepackages.com/ Phone: 716-449-7975 to request an exchange.
  2. Provide your order number and the details of the item you'd like to exchange.
  3. If applicable, we will confirm if the requested exchange is available or offer alternative products.
  4. Once approved, ship the item back to us using the provided return instructions.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error with the order.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Some items may not be eligible for exchange, including:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life
  • Personalized or custom-made products

We encourage you to contact us if you're unsure about the eligibility of a product for exchange.
